Outlining Chrrch's capabilities on one page is quite difficult but to start let me tell you the high points. Chrrch can manage People, Groups / Ministries, Giving Funds, Attendance, Documents / Photos, Events, and more...

People

One of the most important parts of your church is it's people. That's why we've built the most comphensive set of tools to help you keep track of them. We know how hard it can be to track down visitors and follow up, or find regular attenders that have come up missing. Our reporting tools in combination with your personal dashboard - you can quickly find those people and give them a call or pay them a visit if needed.

Groups and Ministries

Depending on the church you have, determines how you view Groups and Ministries and their differences. But we've grouped them into one place and we call them Groups. Groups are ANY hierarchy of ministries, small groups, bible studies, missions, etc. Each group has several capabilites such as File Uploads, Recording Attendance, and Events. For additional detail on these areas we recommend watching our video demos.

Finances

A giving fund, if you don't already know, is an allocation of donations, and contributions. Some churches might have a fund to construct a new building, or raise money for a particular mission. These are all great uses for a giving fund.

Whenever you receive a donation you can log it within a particular fund or a general fund such as Sunday Morning Tithes and also assign it to the person that gave it for records and tax purposes. You may also want to do extensive reporting on these receivings for a number of reasons.

Attendance

As mentioned earlier, Chrrch can track Attendance for individuals and entire groups. With several interface options available - you can even track attendance in real-time by using a mobile device or individual kyosks in classrooms. You can then report on this data to monitor growth of your groups and your church as a whole. This also provides you the ability to follow up on missing attendees in smaller group settings where invidual attendance is tracked.

Due to the high volume of people in some groups and congregations - it might only be necessary to record a date, time, and total number of attendees. This is done with ease! We provide video demos of these areas so feel free to view them at any time.

Calendars and Events

Wow, you're still reading? We must be keeping your attention well then. None the less, we appreciate it.

Calendars are able to be created for anything you desire. They can even handle mult-day and recurring events. If you haven't gave in and watched some video demos we highly advise you start now. They can give you a better insight to what these calendars are capable of. But if you insist on staying then I can tell you this - Calendars can be shared out to individuals, groups, or everyone. Each person that has access to Chrrch automatically gets their own personal calendar to use for private events or even events that might have been shared to everyone.

Documents and Photos

Do we need to explain this? Okay then, just because you know what documents and photos are doesn't mean you know how we incorporate this into Chrrch. Documents and photos can almost be bound to any area of this application. From groups to events, and even people (who would have thought). We do not put too many limitations on file size or types so you should be able to keep everything you need accessible in our system.

Requirements

A device connected to the internet with a some what up to date web browser such as Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 2, and Safari 3.
